    • Orders take 1-5 business days to process and print.
    • USA - Shipping could take up to 5 - 7 business days
    • International - Shipping could take up to 6 – 10 business days.
    • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office or delivery carrier to file a claim.

    Returns & Exchanges

    • Since each item is made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective or we do not have your requested size/color in stock.
    • To avoid sizing issues, please refer to our detailed size chart before placing an order. If unsure, contact us before purchasing.
    • If you receive a defective item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will gladly assist you.

    • In the rare event of a printing or manufacturing error, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
